The staff arranged early luggage drop off. This was really helpful. they also prepared breakfast for my early departure. the hotel is located rather close to several transport options. the key directions were easily accessible because of this.
The absence of in-room kettles was a slight drawback. I missed having a cup of tea in the room.

the staff scheduled breakfast for my early departure , very thoughtful of them. I found several food options within 500 meters of the hotel. Bus, metro, and train stops were easily accessible. The bed was acceptably super clean and cozy.

the family room provided ample space for everyone. each kid had their own bed, very convenient. the hotel's proximity to the metro lines was a major plus. a carrefour supermarket nearby was also useful.
the outside stairs also was dirty with graffiti. It was not the best first impression.

i found the hotel parking to be amazing, as it was big and easily reachable. the hotel offers a non-stop vending machine that provides hygiene products. hygiene needs were very easily met, as well as general items to buy.

The breakfast had ample choices. It had tasty food. the breakfast is worth it if you enjoy eating a large meal. the restaurant area seemed nice, and the food was good, at least what i had.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They understood both english and french. the staff accommodated a room change request easily. The process was seamless. housekeeping did a great job cleaning our room daily. They were very thorough.
